Appause Wetu (Wampanoag for "Moon Home") formerly The Den Take a pause at "Moon Home" where your clocks seem to run a little slower and the wildlife still has the right of way. Enjoy mountain flora and fauna year round-hiking, biking, and trails immediately outside your door! Entertain friends and family in the updated kitchen opens to the living and dining areas with soaring cathedral ceilings and river stone fireplace. Or enjoy an alfresco meal by grilling on the wrap-around deck and toasting marshmallows over the firepit. All our guests have complimentary access to the privately owned Mirror Lake Recreation Area. Enjoy fishing, canoeing, swimming, hiking, biking, and more! Canoes, pedal boat, kayaks, SUP boards, life jackets, and oars are provided at no additional charge to our guests. Home is about 5 miles from Mirror lake.
