Very large living area, double appliances in kitchen, large deck and great views. Central air conditioning, satellite TV, DVD, VCR, Wi-Fi, W/D, fireplace (wood provided), charcoal grill, pool table, patio furniture, and hot tub make this a great get away any time of year. Handicap accessible. 4 wheel drive recommended in winter. “Hickory House” is a fabulous home with a panoramic view, located in a private location and only 12 miles to all three ski areas and state park as well as golf course. Yard space for games and family activities. Family Reunions are NOT permitted, per the Homeowners Assocation. Close to all attractions including Canaan State Park for the championship golf course, Whitegrass Cross Country Ski Area, Blackwater Falls State Park, Dolly Sods, all the shopping, art galleries and restaurants of Thomas and Davis, and much more!. No fireworks, no firearm discharge. Non-smoking. Parking for 12 automobiles only. Pets permitted with pet fee and leash. **Sleeps 16 Adults and 8 minor children** per the neighborhood HOA. Any violation of HOA rules may result in monetary fines.
