Safe Haven has 3 bd and 2 bath with a large living room w/wood fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and large private decks to enjoy the fresh mountain air. No Pets.

This home is located in the Old Timberline Gated Community where you will have access to the conservancy area, both Sand Run Lake and Spruce Island Lake trails, an exclusive access to Dolly Sods trail head, Canaan Valley Wild Life trail heads and miles of maintained trails.
Conveniently located to all the attractions of Canaan Valley, Thomas and Davis including Timberline Mountain by Perfect North directly outside the gated community, Canaan Valley Resort & Conference Center, Blackwater Falls State Park, Whitgrass Ski Area, Dolly Sods, and more.
All Canaan Realty guests have complimentary access to the privately owned Mirror Lake Recreation Area. Enjoy fishing, canoeing, swimming, hiking, biking and more! Canoes, pedal boat, kayaks, SUP boards, life jackets and oars are provided at no additional charge to our guests.
Safe Haven is located less than 2 miles from the lake.
