WoodHaven could also be called "Hidden Gem," because it is an exquisitely private, well-appointed, four-bedroom retreat tucked the upper mountainside of Old Timberline. WoodHaven is perfect for family vacationers or friends looking for a cozy mountain getaway. It features a glorious open great room brightened by windows on three sides, accented by the stunning wood floors, equipped with a kitchen island/bar, and warmed by a charming interior stone wood-burning fireplace. Wait for guests to arrive on the cozy front porch or enjoy sunny days or starry nights with spectacular views of the Milky Way from the large, private back deck and hot tub. WoodHaven's four spacious bedrooms are all furnished with queen beds. Each level has a full bath equipped with double sink vanities and tile floors. The main floor master bedroom offers private access to the deluxe first-floor bath. The largest second-floor bedroom can sleep two additional guests on the full-sized reclining futon.

The dining area comfortably seats up to 10 at the Amish-style table. This getaway also has the convenience of a main floor washer/dryer and is equipped with cable television and high-speed internet / WIFI for those who want to keep in touch with the world. As a bonus, the living room has an indoor shuffleboard table that will entertain young and not-as young for hours. For our warm weather guests, WoodHaven is one of the few in the area equipped with central air conditioning. The fully-paved circular driveway can easily accommodate at least four vehicles provides the convenience of no steps to negotiate between you and the main living/eating areas when unloading luggage or groceries. Perfect for holidays, this is truly an all-season home.

This home is located in the Old Timberline Gated Community where you will have access to two lakes, exclusive access to Dolly Sods trailhead as well as access to Canaan Valley Wild Life Trailheads and miles of maintained trails around the conservancy and lakes within the community. All our guests have complimentary access to the privately owned Mirror Lake Recreation Area. Enjoy fishing, canoeing, swimming, hiking, biking, and more! Canoes, pedal boat, kayaks, SUP boards, life jackets, and oars are provided at no additional charge to our guests. This home is located within 5 miles of Mirror Lake.
